How I work.

I help people make sense of complicated systems and decide what to do next.

Clarity of thought

I start with what we’re trying to achieve and why, then separate the facts, assumptions, and decisions.

Pattern recognition

Across teams and systems, I look for recurring problems in how people share information, make decisions, and divide responsibility.

Experience applied

Enterprise architecture, business systems, and federal delivery give me a broad frame of reference. I draw on that experience, then test what fits the situation.

Illustrative scenario

Identity and entitlement.

Imagine a customer changes service partners. Their support contract and the former partner’s logins remain active, but those people should lose access to that customer’s cases.

I would separate the partner’s user identities, its relationship with the customer, and the customer’s entitlement to support. For each, I’d agree which system holds the authoritative record and who owns the business decisions.

The relationship change would trigger access removal across the relevant systems. I’d define who can approve time-limited exceptions and how teams verify removal, including when an update fails.

Outside
the day job.

Outside work, I like running, Greek mythology, musicals, and building AI agents.
